Our Approach

We will free up your spine...

Our approach is “Postural Structural” which means we treat your muscles, joints and more – in a direct manner.

If you’re female, you’re always covered with a purpose made gown.

Treatment may involve a combination of muscle release techniques, and mobilisation massage techniques, together with gentle joint adjustment techniques (should you require it).

We don’t just focus on where you’re telling us your discomfort is, we are also looking at other areas that may be contributing factors, and address these as well.

In addition, as we both have extensive rehabilitation Pilates training, we give you special custom exercises & stretches to help you keep your pain away.

To help you remember, we provide stretches by video – on this site (you’ll get a password when you visit us).

In essence, we want to get you better, and keep you there. And this doesn’t mean you need to come in every week for a year! We know that if you do the right things to help yourself, your body will take care of you… (Your body is kind of nice like that).
